Summer Training Season: Your Time to Level Up

Summer is here and the energy on the mats is electric. Larger morning classes, perfect evening light, and that pre-swimming season window to really focus and grow.

Summer Training Season is Here

June 1st marks the unofficial start of our summer training season, and the energy on the mats is undeniable. Morning classes are packed with focused athletes, and our evening sessions glow with that perfect summer light streaming through the windows. There's something about summer that just energizes training.

This is your moment. You have a solid 6-7 weeks before swimming season kicks in (mid-July to mid-August) and disrupts everyone's routine. Use this time wisely.

Set One Goal. Own It.

Don't scatter your focus. Pick one clear objective:

    • Competition - Sign up for a tournament and train with purpose
    • Promotion - Earn that next stripe or belt
    • Consistency - Commit to twice a week, no excuses
    • Skill mastery - Track one technique per week until it's yours

The choice is yours. The work is yours.

Competition Training Opportunities

Speaking of competition goals - don't miss our specialized training sessions:

    • Jiu Jitsu Competition Class - Sharpen your tournament game with live rounds and competition-specific drilling
    • Muay Thai Sparring Class - Take your striking to the next level with controlled sparring and ring experience

These classes are where you test everything you've been working on. No substitutes for live training.

Document Everything

Keep a training log. Note what you worked on, what clicked, what needs more time. Progress isn't always obvious day-to-day, but it's crystal clear when you look back over weeks of consistent work.

Summer training hits different. The packed classes, the energy, the light - it all adds up to something special. Don't waste it.

See you on the mats.
