Important Note: If you’re planning to join our Tuesday or Thursday Intro to BJJ classes, a BJJ Gi is required. If you don’t have one yet, we recommend starting with our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes, held at 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM, or Muay Thai at 7:00 AM and 7:15 PM both Jiu-Jitsu & Muay Thai are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Sunday Open Mat is free and open to all visitors from any affiliation. Please sign a waiver upon arrival.
** Self-Guided: Structured Self-Study Session: You and your teammates take responsibility for your own learning guided by a structured circuit designed to reinforce your application of the material covered that week as well as exercises specifically chosen to prevent injury through preemptively strengthening areas of known strain.
** Strength & Conditioning Loop is a self-guided workout with a timer. (We can get you started on your first time by teaching you all the movements!)
** Open workout is a time you can you do your own workout at our cardio or weight & conditioning area.
