Important Note: If you’re planning to join our Tuesday or Thursday Intro to BJJ classes, a BJJ Gi is required. If you don’t have one yet, we recommend starting with our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes, held at 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM, or Muay Thai at 7:00 AM and 7:15 PM both Jiu-Jitsu & Muay Thai are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.



Sunday Open Mat is free and open to all visitors from any affiliation. Please sign a waiver upon arrival. 


** Self Guided S4: Structured Self-Study Session:  You and your teammates take responsibility for your  own learning guided by a structured circuit designed to reinforce your application of  the material covered that week as well as exercises specifically chosen to prevent injury through preemptively strengthening areas of known strain.


GPS: Guided Practice Session:   An instructional session where a coach   presents a concept and teaches corresponding movements which are performed both solo and with a partner to aid in acquiring competence and confidence through their application to accomplish a particular objective.




* Strength & Conditioning Loop is a self guided workout with a timer. (We can get you started on your first time by teaching you all the movements!)


* Open workout is a time you can you do your own workout at our cardio or weight & conditioning area.
