Announcing our new class schedule, the addition of a traditional recovery sauna, and updates to our curriculum approach.
Train with purpose. Recover with balance.
We're excited to announce several updates to The Garden MMA that reflect our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible training experience.
New Class Schedule
After listening to member feedback and analyzing attendance patterns, we've restructured our weekly schedule to better serve our community. Key changes include:
- Earlier morning classes for those who train before work
- More evening options for the after-work crowd
- Dedicated time slots for different skill levels
- Expanded kids' programming on weekends
Check our updated schedule page for all the details.
Recovery Sauna Now Open

We've added a traditional stone-and-water sauna to our facility. Unlike infrared saunas, our traditional sauna provides full-body heat exposure that's ideal for post-training recovery. It's included with all memberships — no extra fees.
Curriculum Updates
We're implementing a more structured approach to our technique curriculum, making it easier for students to track their progress and know exactly what they need to work on for their next promotion. This doesn't mean we're becoming rigid — we still believe in flow and adaptation — but we want to give students clearer guideposts on their journey.
These changes represent our commitment to continuous improvement. Just like we ask our students to always be getting better, we hold ourselves to the same standard.
