Striking fundamentals, pad work, and footwork. Build conditioning while learning real technique.
When Can You Start?
Most beginners start with morning or evening Jiu-Jitsu.
- Morning No-Gi: 6:00 AM(Mon/Wed/Fri)
- Evening No-Gi: 7:15 PM(Monday–Friday)
- Morning Gi BJJ: 7:00 AM (Tue-Thu) 8:00 AM (Saturday)
- Evening Gi BJJ: 6:30 PM (Tue-Thu)
- Morning Muay Thai: 6:00 AM (Tue-Thu)
- Evening Muay Thai: 6:30 PM (Mon/Wed/Fri)
