🔒 Membership Payment Policy – Please Read Before Submitting Payment

At The Garden MMA, we are committed to providing a consistent and professional training environment. To keep memberships running smoothly and classes organized, please review the following policy:

1. Communication Matters

• If you know there may be an issue with your payment, please notify us before the payment declines.
• Missed or declined payments without notice are considered past due immediately.

2. Due Dates & Late Payments

• A late payment does not restart your membership from the day you return.
• Membership dues remain tied to your original billing schedule (bi-weekly or monthly).
• Training will be paused until the past-due balance is cleared.

3. Declined Payments & Reactivation

• First Decline: If your payment declines, your membership will be paused until the balance is resolved. A $15 reactivation fee may apply if not corrected within 7 days.
• Repeated Declines: After 3 declined payments with no communication, your membership will be automatically cancelled.

4. Returning After Cancellation

If you wish to return after cancellation due to non-payment:

• All past due balances must be paid in full.
• A $50 reactivation/enrollment fee will be required.
• You must sign a new membership agreement at current rates (previous rates are not guaranteed).

5. Accepted Payment Methods

• We do not accept prepaid or reloadable cards, as they often fail with recurring billing.
• Please use a bank-issued debit or credit card to ensure your membership remains active.
