These terms and conditions are entered into by and between The Garden MMA and You ("the member").

Contract

The member is obligated to 12 monthly payment installments of $129 valid for the 12-month term, starting the purchase date.

Renewal and Cancellation

Contracts are signed for the full term and cannot be canceled during that period. At term end, the member is automatically renewed for an equivalent term unless they email a cancellation to admin@thegardenmma.com no later than 2 weeks before term end. No cancellation accepted beyond this date. The Garden MMA sends a reminder approximately 1 month before term end; the member is responsible for their own cancellation even if the reminder is not received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances or for any reason. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@thegardenmma.com.

Chargeback Prevention Policy

Customer agrees that if they initiate a chargeback or merchant dispute for services received and owed, and recover disputed funds, the Business will provide documentation to the issuing bank that products and services were received (including this policy), reserves the right to invoice the Customer for those products and services, and the Customer agrees to pay that invoice in full; the Business may pursue all available legal and equitable remedies.

Membership

Entitles usage of The Garden MMA gym facility, equipment, and services. Personal and non-transferable.

Prices

Subject to change; notice communicated at least 2 months before any price change.
