Here's what it actually looks like.

The First Class

You'll learn stance. How to stand, how to move, how to hold your hands. It sounds simple. It takes longer than you'd think to get right, and getting it right matters for everything that comes after.

You'll throw your first jab and cross. You'll hit pads or a bag. You'll feel the difference between a punch that lands with your whole body behind it and one that's just arm. That difference is what Muay Thai is about.

You won't spar. You won't be thrown into combinations you haven't learned. You'll leave tired, a little sore in muscles you forgot you had, and probably already thinking about when you can come back.

Why It Works for Busy Adults

Most of our Muay Thai students aren't fighters. They're people with full lives who found that 45 minutes of pad work does more for their mental state than almost anything else they've tried.

The reason is simple: you can't think about your inbox when you're learning a teep. Your brain is fully occupied. The stress that walked in with you doesn't make it through the warm-up.

That's not a side effect. That's the point.

What You Actually Need to Start

Athletic clothes. A water bottle. That's it. We provide gloves and equipment for your first class so you can try before you buy.

You don't need to be in shape. You don't need experience. We have students in their 50s who started with zero martial arts background and haven't looked back.

The Eight Limbs

Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees — eight points of contact. In practice, that means every class works your entire body. Legs, core, shoulders, back. Cardio and strength at the same time, without it feeling like a workout.

It feels like learning something. That's what keeps people coming back.

Two to three classes a week is the sweet spot for most adults. Enough to build real skill and feel the benefits. Manageable alongside a full life.
