New Summer Flow at The Garden MMA

🌿 Big Summer Updates at The Garden MMA

Posted by Coach Keren & Coach Judah

This summer, we’ve introduced new classes, new leadership opportunities for kids, and more space for growth — for every level, every body, and every goal.

Whether you're brand new, returning to training, or preparing to compete, our updated schedule makes it easier to stay consistent and connected.

Let’s start with what’s new and powerful — Saturday mornings.

🥋 Saturday Mornings Just Got Better

8:30 AM – Kids Games Class (Ages 4–9)

We’re launching a playful, structured class just for Seeds & Sprouts — focused on movement, listening, coordination, and beginner Jiu-Jitsu through fun games. Led by Coach Keren and Coach Bodhi, this class supports kids who are learning how to move, listen, and train with others.

🌱 Junior Leadership for Buds (Ages 10–12)

Older students are invited to assist in this class and begin developing as leaders. Buds who show up regularly and step into this role will earn a custom rash guard with their name on it — a reward for consistency and effort.

🌸 9:30 AM – Women’s Open Mat

Open to all women — whether you’re a mom, a beginner, or a visitor from another gym. This is a space to roll, move, learn, and connect in a supportive setting. No pressure, no expectations — just good energy.

🥋 11:00 AM – Adult Gi Class

Taught by Coach Judah, this is one of our most foundational and technical classes of the week. Whether you’re preparing for a competition or just sharpening your game, you’ll find great rounds and detailed instruction here.

🍣 12:00 PM – Open Mat

All levels and affiliations welcome. This is where new skills get sharpened. Stay, roll, drill, or just hang and learn.

🔥 New: Member Sauna Access

Our private recovery sauna is now open to members.

When to Use It:

  • After class or open mat (not before)
  • On rest days for circulation and soreness
  • At night to support deep recovery and sleep

💧 Hydrate well, start with 10–15 minutes, and always listen to your body.
