How to Start
Your first class is free. No reservation, no sales pitch — just real training.
Doors open 15 minutes before class. Saturday wraps by 2 PM.
Step 1 — Pick a Class
- Choose any class from our Schedule: Gi Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi, Muay Thai, Strength & Conditioning, or Kids.
- Beginners are welcome. Advanced athletes will be challenged.
Step 2 — Fill Out the Contact Form
- Complete the short contact form so we can welcome you and handle waivers.
- First class is free. No pressure to join.
Step 3 — Show Up & Train
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early. We’ll introduce you, explain the class flow, and get you on the mat.
- Free parking on site — 4537 Wayne Ave, Philadelphia.
Programs
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)
Traditional kimono-based training focused on grips, leverage, and positional control. All levels welcome.
No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu
Modern submission grappling emphasizing wrestling stance, pressure, and control without the Gi.
Muay Thai
Pad work, footwork, and conditioning. Train authentic striking and clinch technique in a welcoming setting.
Strength & Conditioning Loop
A 30-minute class combining strength, mobility, and endurance — designed to support your training on the mats.
Kids Martial Arts
Age-based programs: Seeds (4–5), Sprouts (6–9), and Buds (10–12). Builds confidence, respect, and focus.
Open Mat
Unstructured training time to roll, drill, or spar. Saturdays feature Women’s Open Mat after class.
Recovery Sauna
Traditional water-pour sauna for true heat and recovery. Please bring a towel and a change of clean clothes to wear inside. You cannot wear sweaty gear in the sauna.
- No showers on site.
- We provide free Defense Wipes (with tea tree & eucalyptus oils).
- If you’re sensitive to those oils, please bring your own wipes or alternative.
After Training
Wipe down with the provided Defense Wipes before entering the sauna. Stay hydrated and rest between rounds. Sauna use is included for all active members.
