Muay Thai Seminar With Ajarn Andy Russell

The Garden MMA 🪴 is proud to have Ajarn Andy Russell for our first Muay Thai seminar.

Coach Judah first trained under Ajarn Andy in the late 90’s and earned his shorts under both Ajarn Sakasem Kanthawong & Ajarn Andy Russell.

Ajarn Andy is the coach’s coach.

His understanding of positioning, tactics and strategy is uncommon in the world of Muay Thai. He has trained former UFC Champion Benson Henderson and a roster of UFC & CFFC fighters past and present amongst them locals Anton Berzin, Tim Williams and Bassil Hafez.

We look forward to everyone from all schools and affiliations joining us for this rare opportunity to learn directly from a masterful thinker.
